How Spill Sisters works
Spill Sisters keeps the social part of storytelling while making privacy the default. The community is for adults age 18 and older.
1. Join with a private public identity
Create an account with your email and password or use Google sign-in. Confirm that you are at least 18 and verify your email when asked.
Spill Sisters gives you a system-issued alias. Choose an avatar and, if you want, add a short bio that does not reveal who you are. Other members see that profile instead of your email or real name.
2. Choose the right room
Take your story to a room that fits: Dating Drama, Friendship Fallout, Family Tea, Workplace Drama, Confessions, Need Advice, Updates / Part 2, or General Tea.
You can share a story, ask for advice, post a confession, or return with an update. If you need a decision-focused response, end with one clear question.
3. Give the story a privacy pass
Before you post, remove anything that could lead back to a private person:
- Real names, initials, nicknames, and account handles
- Phone numbers, email addresses, home addresses, and license plates
- Workplace, school, team, club, or exact neighbourhood names
- Exact dates, rare job titles, distinctive clothing, and one-of-a-kind details
- Screenshots, photos, or documents that expose faces, usernames, metadata, or private conversations

4. Get a Sister Take
Members can respond with perspective, ask respectful questions, react, or save the Case File for later. You can follow an alias when you want to keep up with that member's public stories.
Advice on Spill Sisters comes from community members. It may be caring and useful, but it is not professional advice and it is not guaranteed to be accurate.
5. Keep your boundaries
You decide what to share. You can edit or remove your own content, block accounts, report posts or messages, and decline message requests.
Direct messages are not end-to-end encrypted. Do not use them to exchange real names, contact details, intimate images, passwords, financial information, or anything you would not want another participant to retain.
6. Stay in control of your account
Use your profile and Settings to manage your alias, avatar, bio, posts, saved tea, follows, and account. You can delete your Spill Sisters profile in Settings. If you cannot log in, contact support from the email connected to your account.
